New office building in the centre of Prague with 6 floors and 7 315 m² of office space. Parking for 69 cars is provided on the 1st floor.

We actively participated in the project from the preparatory phase to the issuance of tender documentation. This included securing a change to the planning permission and building permit in connection with the architectural change.
